What we collect
Mandate submissions capture the fields you provide in the intake form (name, email, firm, phone if provided, capital profile, geography, return targets, ownership structure, thesis). We also record a salted hash of the requesting IP address and the user-agent string for abuse prevention.
What we do with it
Mandate data is used solely to respond to the principal who submitted it. We do not share, sell, rent, or syndicate any submitted data to third parties. We do not use submissions to train models. We do not append enrichment data from third-party marketing providers.
Retention
Mandate records are retained for the active life of the engagement and for up to 36 months thereafter for audit purposes, then purged.
Your rights
Write to legal@acquirelaundry.com to access, correct, or delete any mandate you have submitted.
Analytics
We use a first-party proxied Plausible analytics instance. No cookies are set. No cross-site identifiers are created. No third-party advertising tags are present on the site.
